Parliamentary Assistant (PA) Bouma is thankful for the incredible working relationship that he has with First Nations communities and looks forward to developing closer relationships with the Ministry of Indigenous Affairs and Northern Development. PA Bouma will always be a strong advocate in promoting collaboration and coordination across ministries on Indigenous policy and programs in partnership with Indigenous communities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur team is looking forward to the exciting opportunity of working with PA Bouma and delivering on our commitment to support meaningful prosperity in Indigenous communities and across Northern Ontario,\u201d said Greg Rickford, Minister of Northern Development and Minister of Indigenous Affairs.\u00a0 \u201cOur government has a true all-star in PA Bouma, and as the MPP for Brantford-Brant, which is home to the largest First Nations community in Canada, we look forward to strengthening the nation-to-nation relationship we have with the First Nations and leveraging his experience in the Southwest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, PA Bouma will provide strategic advice and analysis across various levels of government, international affairs, and protocol, as well as democratic institutions.
